Sir, – I am regularly and most recently (“This Dublin staple is at the premium end for a night out, but it delivers”, Magazine, May 2nd) perplexed as to why your reviewer, Corina Hardgrave, docks excellent epicurean establishments one or two review points, without explaining why.
The subject is, more often, interested in why they lost one or two points than why they gained eight or nine. – Yours, etc,
