Sir, – There are currently no arrangements for European citizens vaccinated through the NHS to avail of an EU Covid certificate.
Meaning that while their citizenship and passports confer their rights for travel within the EU, the Covid certificate scheme excludes them from that right.
In what time frame will the Irish Government recognise the equivalence of vaccinated Irish citizens and issue EU Covid certificates?
We are supposedly returning to a new normal.
