Sir, – Many photographs in the media of new social housing developments I have seen in past months have featured either single- or two-storey structures, with front gardens and, presumably, back gardens.
Planning experts say increased housing density is desperately required.
Why then are such low-density developments still being constructed? – Yours, etc,
