Prop John Ryan and lock Donnacha Ryan come into the Munster pack as head coach Anthony Foley makes two changes from the side that beat Stade Francais for Sunday's Champions Cup visit to play Benetton Treviso.
John Ryan signed a new three-year deal on Friday that will keep him at the province until the summer of 2019, while back Andrew Conway penned a two-year deal agreeing a new two-year deal until June 2018.
In what will be Munster's 150th game in Europe, John Ryan replaces Uruguayan Mario Sagario at tighthead, while Donnacha Ryan partners Dave Foley in the secondrow in place of Australian Mark Chisholm.
Sagario and Chisholm are both named on the bench and there's also a return for loosehead John Cronin after the ankle ligament injury he suffered against Leinster in December.
