The tee times for the first two rounds of the Open Championship at St Andrews have been announced.
Séamus Power will begin the Irish in action at 8.03am in star group with four-time Major champion Brooks Koepka and Players champion Cameron Smith. Ireland’s Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry will be on the same side of the draw, with McIlroy teeing off at 9.58am on Thursday alongside Scottish Open champion Xander Schauffele and defending champion Collin Morikawa. 2019 champion Lowry will also have a headline draw, teeing right after McIlroy, as he tees up alongside Justin Thomas and Viktor Hovland at 10.09am.
Two-time Open winner Pádraig Harrington will play with Thomas Pieters and Kevin Mitchell at 2.48pm on Thursday, immediately followed by Tiger Woods, who will play with Max Homa and Matt Fitzpatrick at 2.59pm.
Darren Clarke will play at 1.37pm with Richard Bland and amateur Filippo Celli. David Carey will play with Jamie Rutherford and John Catlin at 3.54pm. Ronan Mullarney is last out in the field, alongside Lars van Meijel and Jack Floydd at 4.16pm. The 1999 champion Paul Lawrie will kick off proceedings at the Old Course at 6.35am, playing with Webb Simpson and Min Woo Lee.
