A chara, – Whilst I appreciate that "HSE manager-bashing" has been in vogue for the past number of years, it surprised me that you allowed a letter to be published with incorrect information. Disappointingly for your letter-writer (August 24th), the HSE publishes its Performance and Accountability Framework annually, which clearly lays out how HSE divisions, functions and individual managers are held to account for their performance.
