Sir, – In the last few years of general austerity and an emergency department crisis, the HSE has seen fit to increase the number of managers paid over €100,000 per year.
How does the HSE justify the appointment of highly paid managers who are, apparently, incapable of managing without expensive external support? – Yours, etc,
