Sir, – Frank J Byrne (Letters, May 19th) asks why there’s so much palaver accessing the home insurance renewal quote embedded in his insurer’s reminder email.
He wonders if there’s a concern someone might access the information and pay the premium for him. Good luck with that.
It’s more likely his insurer’s concern is that someone might access the information and provide a cheaper quote. – Yours, etc,
