Sir, – Brown Thomas Dublin has officially launched its Christmas window! I remember many years ago bringing my young daughters into Grafton Street on a special night out to see the window display at Switzers (now BT) for Christmas – in late November.
Now we have the Christmas window before Halloween! Worse still though is the adult theme of the windows over the past few years. Whatever happened to the winter wonderland scenes full of animals, toys etc? Bring back the magic for our children and grandchildren. – Yours, etc,
