Three suspected improvised explosive devices were discovered in Naas on Thursday following an investigation into a commercial garage.
Members of the Army Bomb Disposal Unit attended the scene in Naas after a “a number of suspicious devices” were discovered by gardaí on Thursday afternoon.
The gardaí had been examining a vehicle in connection with an ongoing investigation at the commercial garage at Newhall.
The area was sealed off and a cordon was put in place while the three devices were removed for further examination.

The area was declared safe at 9.30pm on Thursday and traffic restrictions were lifted.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
