Indochino Nanotech Storm Suit

Indochino Nanotech Storm Suit

You wouldn’t necessarily have to go far to take advantage of Indochino’s tech collection of suits: last month was the wettest here in more than 30 years. This Storm suit’s merino wool fabric has a nanotech coating to repel water. The protective treatment is also said to resist odours and help prevent wrinkling. Inside, there’s a touch-responsive smart pocket with a headphone clip and cable conduit to keep you wired for sound. Each nanotech Storm Suit is custom-made.

See Indochino.com, the suit costs about $629 (€467)

This bespoke multi-tool jewellery wouldn’t be out of place on Batman character Bruce Wayne’s dresser – though actually the work of Bruce Boone, an American ring-maker. The ring is a five-piece, micro toolbox with a straight blade, a bottle opener, a saw, a serrated blade and, eh, a comb. The four other tools have the genuine possibility of usefulness. The ring’s industrial good looks are sharply sculpted and precision engineered, with each one made to size.

Scosche BoomBottle

The BoomBottle is designed to occupy the standard bottle cage on your bike. It’s a tough, waterproof, dust-proof speaker that can pair up by Bluetooth or by 3.5mm jack. There are a pair of 40mm drivers inside, with the sonics pushed out all ways and integrated easy-to-use controls, even a built-in mic if you are using a smartphone. The Lithium polymer battery is rechargeable and gives about 10 hours of playback.
