SHORTS:AN IDEA for the Porsche driver in your life: a lesson or two at the newly opened Porsche Sport Driving School France at Le Mans 24 hours track in northwest France.
Driving enthusiasts can participate in performance driving courses at the wheel of top-of-the-range luxury Porsche models: Boxster S, Cayman S, 911 and 997 – or even bring their own Porsche.
This is the first and only Porsche Sport Driving School in France, set up in partnership with the Automobile Club de l’Ouest which oversees the Le Mans race track.
Those who fancy their chances behind the wheel can drive around Le Mans’ famous Bugatti and Maison-Blanche circuits under the supervision of performance instructors from the Porsche Sport Driving School. The school is under the direction of racing driver Christophe Tinseau.
The day unfolds testing Porsche models on the track circuit (from £665) or participants can drive their own Porsche (from £415).
