There’s also a full size fridge with a wine cooler that holds 48 bottles. The room is wired for flatscreen TV, and multi-room sound and has a video intercom to apprehend unwelcome visitors at the gate. For similar sized kitchen and floor tiling expect to pay around €45,000.
