The company has already enjoyed considerable success with Cairnfort, its development of detached homes in Stepaside, and these units are at the same location on the Enniskerry Road.

Prices for two-bed units at Wingfield start at €329,000, while two-bedroom apartments with two reception rooms cost from €385,000. Penthouse units start at €550,000.

The finish in the apartments is impressive with stylish contemporary dark cherry and silver kitchen units with a Neff oven and hob and a Siemens hood included in the sales price. There is also low-voltage recessed lighting and under-counter lighting.

The bathrooms have sleek modern sanitary ware, chrome fittings, mosaic tiling, and large fitted mirrors. The living rooms are spacious light and airy spaces.

The green areas that surround the scheme, by McCrossan, O'Rourke Manning Architects, will be landscaped.

Stepaside is a growth area helped by the extensive developments underway at Dundrum village, the Luas connections to Sandyford and the ongoing extension to the M50.
