Treasury Holdings is seeking planning permission from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to build a €90 million residential development on a nine-acre site off the Brennanstown Road in Cabinteely, Dublin 18.

Benreef Ltd, an associate company of Treasury Holdings, is looking to build the 30,865sq m (332,228sq ft) development on the site, which is situated between Foxrock and Cabinteely.

It would comprise 191 apartments and houses and involve demolishing Knockenree House and Druid House on the site. Glendruid House, a protected structure owned by Treasury Holdings, will not be affected by the application.

The proposal is for 107 apartments, 12 duplex units and 72 houses. The apartments would be spread over three blocks with a maximum height of eight storeys.

The apartments would have winter gardens, and either balconies or deck access.

The houses are designed in a terraced or courtyard style.

They would comprise 48 three-bedroom houses, two four-bedroom detached houses, four five-bedroom detached houses, as well as 12 four-storey over basement five-bedroom terraced houses and six single storey three-bedroom houses.

The developer is also proposing 262 car-parking spaces of which 248 spaces would be at basement level.
