Irish retailer MicksGarage.com scoops top ecommerce award

Company takes gold in entrepreneurial category of European Ecommerce Awards.

Online retailer MicksGarage.com has scooped a top award at the European Ecommerce Awards.

The company, which sells car parts and accessories online, took gold in the entrepreneurial category, which aims to recognise those who have the “most innovative, groundbreaking, smart, game-changing operations in Europe”.

The awards took place in Barcelona as part of the Global Ecommerce Summit, with other honorees including ASOS, which won the Omnichannel Award, and SuitSupply, which took hom the the Pure Player award.

MicksGarage.com has grown over the past 10 years to an €11 million turnover company. It currently employs 48 people in Dublin, and ships 18,000 orders a month to 70 countries.
