The Central Bank is warning consumers to be aware that Rosaleen Grier t/a Grier & Associates (Ireland) is not authorised to carry out the services of a debt management firm in Ireland.

The Central Bank is warning consumers to be aware that Rosaleen Grier t/a Grier & Associates (Ireland) is not authorised to carry out the services of a debt management firm in Ireland.

It is a criminal offence for an unauthorised person or firm to provide financial services in Ireland that would require an authorisation from the Central Bank.

A list of unauthorised persons/firms published to date is available on the Central Bank website. So far this year the regulator has issued warnings on three other firms: Wakefield Securities Limited; Shields Corporate Partners; and Wagner Capital Management Group.
