Savills Ireland has announced three new appointments in its retail division.

In newly established positions, Darragh Cronin has been appointed head of shopping centre leasing and Stephen McCarthy named head of general retail agency. Meanwhile, Paul Wilson will in future be the retail director with Savills Northern Ireland.

The appointments bring the number of employees working with Savills retail division to more than 20, making it the largest retail agency on the island.

Larry Brennan, chairman and head of commercial at Savills Ireland, said countrywide growth in the retail division reflected the increased level of activity in Ireland's retail sector and its ability to adapt to changing requirements of clients.
