A three-acre infill housing site beside Donabate railway station in north county Dublin is expected to attract the attention of a range of housebuilders when it goes for sale from today.

Robert Colleran of CBRE is guiding €1.8 million for the land which is zoned for a residential scheme and is likely to accommodate between 36 and 40 houses. The site is located between Donabate golf club and the town which according to the most recent census, has a population of 6,778.
