A private investor has paid €927,000 for a prime Dublin premises on Exchequer Street that shows a net initial return of 6.6 per cent. Natalie Brennan of CBRE handled the sale of the Green Hen for Michael Cotter and Luke Charleton of EY who were appointed receivers by AIB.

The tenant, Batsford Ltd, is paying a rent of €84,000 per annum for the four-storey over basement building which has 223sq m (2,400sq ft) including a 65-seater restaurant.
