Three ground-floor retail units which form part of a modern neighbourhood complex just off Fitzwilliam Quay in Ringsend, Dublin 4, are to be offered for sale through Savills.

William Scott of the agency is seeking in excess of €2.8 million for the investment, which is producing a rent of €195,000 and will give a new owner a return of 6.67 per cent after standard purchaser’s costs are taken into account.

Tesco Express accounts for 64 per cent of the rent roll. The other units are rented by Lloyds Pharmacy and Abundant Grace.

The three units have an overall floor area of 894sq m (9,629sq ft).
