A new seafood restaurant and bar trading as Mourne Seafood has acquired the former Ocean bar at Millennium Tower on Charlotte Quay in the Dublin docklands. The two businessmen behind the project, Bob McCoubrey and Andy Rea, already operate similar restaurants in Dundrum and Belfast. They were advised by Robert Colleran of Allsop Space.
