Letting agents Savills have secured eight new tenants for Northside Shopping Centre in Coolock, Dublin, following the completion of a €5 million internal refurbishment. Improvements are now to be carried out on the outside of the building.

Heatons have opened a new flagship store, taking 1,439 sq m (15,500 sq ft) over three levels. Costa Coffee is trading in a unit extending to 213 sq m (2,300 sq ft) opposite SuperValu. JD Sports are taking a ten-year lease of a slightly larger shop while KFC has secured planning permission for a drive-through restaurant in the car park. Letting agent Tegan White announced the arrival of a number of other tenants including Auntie Nellies Old Fashioned Sweet Shop, Pulse Accessories, JL Jewellers and the Vanity Lounge Beauticians.
