Ian Lyons of Allsop is quoting a guide price of €340,000 for a medical suite at Beacon Consultants Clinic in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The first floor suite, number 19, extends to 50sq m (538sq ft) and comes with two car parking spaces.

The sale comes only days after Allsop sold Suite 7 and one allocated car space for €325,000.
