Estate agent JLL will open for business from new offices on Upper Hatch Street next Monday.

The agency will occupy 1,208sq m (13,000sq ft) of open-plan Grade A space at Styne House, which overlooks the Iveagh Gardens.

The fit-out was planned and managed by JLL's project and development services team, headed by Andrew McCracken and Dara Byrne.

The new office boasts cutting-edge design, including a model of Dublin’s cityspace cut out of the ceiling. Other features include sound-proofed phone booths, huddle spaces, team collaboration areas, kitchen, visitor touchdown spaces and chill out zones.

High-spec IT services have been adopted throughout, with HD video conferencing, wifi screen connection and collaborative working tools throughout.

JLL, then known as Jones Lang Wootton, first opened for business in 1964 at 66 Fitzwilliam Place. In 1980 it moved to its current address on Molesworth Street and has grown steadily over the subsequent 35 years.
