IMS Maxims, a supplier of electronic health record software to the NHS in the UK and the HSE in the Republic, is relocating its Irish office from Glenageary to the distinctive offices of the Commissioners of Irish Lights on Harbour Road in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin.

IMS Maxims will be renting 420 sq m (4,500 sq ft) in the three-storey glazed circular building at a rent of €231.42 a sq m (€21.50 a sq ft). The 10-year lease includes a break option in year five and also provides for 10 car-parking spaces at a rent of €850 each per annum.

Keith O’Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate handled the letting on behalf of the Commissioners of Irish Lights, which has the responsibility of operating navigation aids in coastal waters around Ireland.
