The run of Georgian office sales in Dublin is set to continue with plans by CBRE to sell the newly refurbished vacant house at 4 Merrion Square for around €1.8 million.

The four-storey over basement building on the northern side of the square has an overall floor area of 496sq m (5,349sq ft) including an apartment on the top floor. The house retains most of its original decorative features and would have been valued around €4 million before the property crash.
