Critical Path, an international company providing communications software solutions, is to move its Dublin operation from Lower Mount Street to more modern offices at Simmonscourt House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The company is to pay €322 per sq m (€30 per sq ft) for 631 sq m (6,795 sq ft) under a 10-year lease with a break option at year five. Car parking spaces will cost an extra €3,000 per car but the company will also get a six months rent-free period on the building. Paul Hipwell of Lisney handled the letting for the RDS.
