DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is seeking €1.2 million for a retail investment at Burnell Court on the Malahide Road in Clarehall, Dublin 17, which will show a net initial yield of 9.09 per cent.
Meadows & Byrne has agreed to lease the ground floor and mezzanine level for a 10-year period on completion of the sale. It is to pay a rent of €114,000 for over 769sq m (8,278sq ft) on the ground floor and over 814sq m (8,763sq ft) on the mezzanine. The shop has dual frontage onto the Malahide Road and Mayne River Avenue. Insomnia has a concession area on the ground floor.
