Changes to Lisney line-up

Senior appointments include Duncan Lyster as managing director

Lisney has announced a number of senior appointments, including the appointment of Duncan Lyster as managing director. He worked in London for a number of years and joined the company in 2004, specialising in the investment market. He will continue to serve investor clients while managing the firm.

James Nugent, managing director until recently, has been named as chairman. He steered the firm out of the recession and grew revenues by 70 per cent during his tenure.

He will continue to lead Lisney’s office team.

Aoife Brennan, head of research, has been appointed a director. She joined Lisney 10 years ago and worked in the investment and professional services departments before taking over her role as head of research.

Lisney has also named Michelle Kealy, from the Dún Laoghaire branch, as divisional director. She specialises in residential sales and has worked with the firm for17 years.

Lisney is an independent property advisory firm with 140 staff in offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast.
