Growing global car rental partnership CarTrawler is expanding its Dublin base by renting additional space at Dundrum Business Park in Dublin 6. CarTrawler initially occupied 20,380sq ft in Classon House in the park in 2012 and is now taking an additional 6,500sq ft.

Joint agents HWBC and CBRE, who handled the letting, have also recently rented office suites to John West, JB Barry & Partners and Varming Consulting Engineers.

The agents are quoting a rent of €242 per sq m for the remaining 24,000sq ft of available space in Glasson House, which was recently acquired by Green Reit as part of the Project Arc Portfolio.
