GVA Donal O Buachalla has secured €3.1 million for a warehouse and office investment at the IDA Business & Technology Park in Athlone, Co Westmeath, which will show a return of 11.9 per cent.

The five-year-old building extends to 4,354sq m (46,865sq ft) and stands on a 2.6 acre site. It is let to a global medical technology company on a 25-year lease from 2009 at a rent of €386,689 per annum.
