Agent Kelly Walsh is to sell 21 residential properties in Castleknock, Co Dublin. The portfolio includes 18 two-bed apartments, two three-bed penthouses and a four-bed detached house. They are at The Mills and Belleville and producing a rental income of €267,300 per annum.
The 18 two-beds are at Belleville at the gates of the Phoenix Park on Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7. The four-bed detached house and the penthouses are at The Mills overlooking the canal at the Twelfth Lock. The homes are all let at €1,000 to €1,150 per month with scope to increase the rental yield.
Although Kelly Walsh has not yet indicated a guide price for the 21 units, it is expected to be in the region of €4.5 million.
