AIB is planning to offload some of the office space it has been occupying at Hume House on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Aoife Murray of JLL is looking for tenants for 1,011sq m (11,130sq ft) on the first and fifth floors, which are available by way of a sub-lease which runs until 2024. JLL is quoting a rent of €231 per sq m (€21.50 per sq ft) for the space which is flexible and laid out in open plan with a number of office suites in place.
Some elements of the AIB fit out are still in place.
The reception area in Hume House was recently refurbished.
