DBFL Consulting Engineers has leased the two remaining floors available in the redeveloped Ormond House at Ormond Quay Upper in Dublin 7.
The company has paid close to the asking rent of €177 per sq m (€16.50 per sq ft) for 668sq m (7,200sq ft) on the ground and first floors of the building which is located beside the courts and opposite the Dublin Civic Offices.
Ormond House underwent a complete refurbishment when it was vacated by the Office of Public Works.
Nicholas Corson of Finnegan Menton advised DBFL while Manus Agnew of Quinn Agnew was the letting agent.
