DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald is inviting offers over €1,750,000 for a development site with full planning permission for eight townhouses in Rathgar, Dublin 6.

The cleared brownfield site extends to 0.17 of a hectare (0.42 of an acre) and is located at the southern end of Garville Drive, off Garville Avenue, and close to the junction with Rathgar Road.

The eight townhouses will be built in two blocks of four, standing three- floors over basement storage.

Each will have a balcony to the front and a winter garden to the rear.

They will have a gross internal area of 242sq m (2,604sq ft).

Shane O’Flynn of DTZ said they were expecting strong interest in the ready-to-go site because of its prime location in Rathgar.
