Agent Knight Frank is seeking in excess of €1.5 million for a top class infill site with a positive planning history at Aberdour, Foxrock in Dublin 18. The sale has been triggered by joint receivers George Maloney and Paddy O'Connell of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon.

There is a partially-built house on the 1.23-acre site which has 60 metres of road frontage and is accessed via the N11 Stillorgan Road. Planning permission granted in May, 2008, for four detached houses ranging in size from 281 to 402sq m has since expired. A feasibility study by an architect has suggested that six to seven detached houses could be developed on the land.
