GAELIC FOOTBALL: There are three changes to the Limerick team which takes on Meath this Sunday in the Gaelic Grounds.

Of the side that went down to its first defeat of the National Football League season last weekend in Galway, Johnny Murphy, Pádraig Browne and Timmy Carroll are replaced by Stephen Kelly, John Galvin and former hurler Mark Keane.

Galvin came on as a substitute against Galway but this is his first start of the season.

In the same Division One B, Laois had a trial match last night between the reserves and the under-21s with a view to thinning the panel by five or six. That decision, together with the team to play Galway, will be announced today, but goalkeeper Fergal Byron is expected to return.
