Police in Belfast are appealing for information after two armed robberies were carried in the city last night.
In the first incident, which occurred shortly before 8pm, three masked men entered a house in the Glencolin Avenue area. They held a man at gunpoint and demanded money.
Rooms in the house were ransacked and a sum of cash was taken.
The three men, who were dressed in black and had covered their faces with balaclavas and scarves, then escaped the premises.

In a separate incident, an off-licence in the Cavehill Road area of Belfast was also robbed at gunpoint.
At about 9.45pm, two masked men entered the premises and took a sum of cash. One is believed to have had a firearm.
One of the men was described as of mediumj build, and wore a green bomber jacket. The second raider was tall and wore a blue jacket and jeans.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the robberies to contact them.
