The Stone Roses Experience and AC/DC tribute band Hells Bells will play for early arrivals at the appropriately-named Rocking Back The Clock Stage on Thursday evening.

The campsite at Punchestown Race Course will be opened from noon on Thursday, July 10th, and will feature Oxegen’s first circus.

Another novelty is the Xbox Live Stage, which will feature live performances and films on a 46sq m screen. The stage will kick off proceedings at noon on Thursday, and run from 10am each day of the festival until late.

Also making its debut at this year’s festival is the Swamp Circus Theatre, which is the longest running contemporary circus in England and has toured shows to 20 countries worldwide.

The show will run during the mornings and afternoons throughout the four days.

Newcastle rock band Maximo Park will headline the Lovebox festival which takes place at Marlay Park on August 23rd.

Other acts confirmed include N*E*R*D, Paolo Nutini, the Plain White T’s and the Gorillaz Sound System. Tickets cost €49.20 each.
