Dixons is moving to a purpose-built facility in Food Central in North Dublin due to a shortage of logistics space on the rental market. The Swords property is just off the old N1 about 3.5km north of Dublin Airport. There is easy access to Swords, the M1, the M50 and the Dublin Port Tunnel.
According to the agent, the property is suitable for a variety of uses including storage, logistics, transport/distribution, industrial or manufacturing, and is capable of subdivision.
