CBRE is quoting €2 million for a ready-to-go nursing home site in Drogheda, Co Louth.
The two-acre so-called Moneymore nursing home site is being sold by Coopers Development and has permission for 150 bedrooms in a two- and three-storey structure. It also includes ample visitor car-parking.
This site is close to Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda Psychiatric Hospital and Crosslanes Medical Centre.

Drogheda train station, on the Dublin Road, is about 3km away.
Drogheda’s population has increased 7 per cent over the past five years, while the 2011 census shows the town has a sizable cohort (3,736 people) in the 65-plus range.
Fast-growing north Dublin commuter towns – such as Bettystown, Laytown, Balbriggan and Skerries – are also within driving distance.
