€1.65m for office with parking on Mount Street Crescent

Michael Healy of Savills is quoting €1.65 million for Crescent Hall, a vacant office building on Mount Street Crescent, Dublin 2, which may well end up as a headquarters for a small- to medium-sized company.

The asking price equates to €3,229 per s q m (€300 per sq ft) inclusive of car parking spaces.

The four-storey-overbasement building dates from 1996 and is being sold on behalf of international investors Kennedy Wilson who acquired it as part of a portfolio of property previously held by Treasury Holdings.

The stand-along block extends to 505sq m and includes six basement car parking spaces. Floor plates range in size from 110sq m to 128sq m and include raised access floors, data cabling, suspended ceilings and recessed light fittings. A passenger lift has been installed.
