A woman has died and a man is in critical condition after two separate crashes in Northern Ireland.
The woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Belleek, Co Fermanagh, shortly before 4pm on Saturday, the Police Service of Northern Ireland said.
Officers were still at the scene on the Boa Island Road on Sunday morning to conduct inquiries, and the road is closed in both directions.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dash-cam footage captured in the area at the time of the incident is asked to contact officers at the Collision Investigation Unit on 101 quoting reference number 1070 06/11/21.
In Newry, a pedestrian was seriously injured after he was hit by a car at about 11.20pm on Saturday.
The man is in hospital in critical condition, police said.
The Dublin Road, where the crash happened, is closed while enquiries are conducted. Diversions are in place and some delays are expected in the area.
