Shamrock Rovers may turn to Cornwall again

With hamstring injuries sidelining captain Conor Kenna and Seán Heaney, Jason McGuinness is again likely to be partnered by Rob Cornwall in the centre of Shamrock Rovers' defence in tonight's derby with Bohemians at Tallaght .

Midfielder Robert Bayly is suspended. As Dinny Corcoran completes a ban, Jason Byrne will lead the line again for Bohemians and manager Owen Heary will hope Derek Pender overcomes a hamstring strain to slot in at left back as Jack Memery is doing exams.

Midfielder John Mountney is again likely to miss out for the leaders Dundalk at home to Sligo Rovers due to a groin injury.

A knee injury again keeps defender Derek Foran out of the St Patrick's side which travels to second-bottom Limerick.

Patrick Nzuzi is likely to start at left back for the home side should Robbie Williams not recover form the hamstring injury that forced him off against Cork City on Tuesday night.

Cork travel to Bray without right back Brian Lenihan who is away with the Republic of Ireland under-21s who play Qatar in Germany tomorrow. Dan Murray and Colin Healy require fitness tests, while Bray have Adam Mitchell and Niall Cooney back from suspension.

While he welcomes Rory Patterson back from a ban, Derry City manager Peter Hutton is without suspended captain Clifford Byrne against Drogheda United at the Brandywell.

Smarting from their 7-0 derby drubbing against Dundalk midweek,the visitors could do without selection problems caused by injuries that sideline Michael Schlingermann, Stephen Maher and Cathal Brady, while Eric Foley and Gavin Brennan are suspended.

A shoulder injury again keeps Aidan Collins out of Athlone Town's line-up, while visitors UCD will give fitness tests to centre half Tomás Boyle and striker Cillian Morrison.
