Large range of homes coming to the market in south Dublin

Along the south Dublin coast and inland to Clonskeagh, Cherrywood and Sandyford, new homes are being launched all across Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.

In Sandyford three-bed duplexes and one-bed ground-floor apartments by Coshon Group at Dún Gaoithe in Aikens Village are launching in the autumn, and Turkington Rock’s apartments, duplexes and detached houses are available at Sandyford Green in the village.

In Dublin 18 there will be three-, four- and five-bed houses at Park Developments’ Brennanstown Wood in Cabinteely on the market in November and apartments are scheduled to launch there in January. Four-bed homes at Beechpark by O’Flynn Group are available now.

Not far away, in Foxrock, One Springfield Park is a development of apartments and duplexes by Dereen Construction launching this winter, while eight houses by Carlson in The Terrace, in that village, are under way. Apartments by Castlethorn at nearby Brighton Wood are available now.

Closer to the sea, Redan Cliff is a development of three townhouses by Torca Homes at Redan Cliff, and the same developer has two five-bed houses available at St Paul’s Square on Adelaide Road in Glenageary.

Also in that area, Turkington Rock has two apartments remaining at Knocknagarm Park. In Killiney, a five-bed house is available at Albany, by Cairn Homes, and Frank Murphy Construction expects to launch four-bed houses at Arkle in the spring.

Farther inland, three- and four-bed houses by William Neville & Sons at Domville will add to the growth of Cherrywood, Dublin 18.

Oakview’s development at Thornhill Oaks in Mount Merrion will have 39 apartments and 15 houses and Oakmount is launching The Pinnacle, a scheme of 48 apartments and penthouses off plans, with virtual viewings available now.  In another settled suburb, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, O’Malley Construction is finishing the final apartment block at Ardilea Crescent where there are good-sized two- and three-beds as well as a small number of penthouses. The last phase of Trimbleston by Sorohan Builders in nearby Goatstown is available.

And close to the city, Lioncor is soon to launch apartments and penthouses at 143 Merrion Road in Dublin 4.
