New homes in Dublin city

Schemes include units in ESB Georgian buildings overlooking Merrion Square

New homes currently on stream within the city limits are at the high end of buyers’ budgets.

Those in central locations include Merrion Park, the newly-launched apartments and duplexes within ESB’s Georgian buildings on the corner of Fitzwilliam Street overlooking Merrion Square. These are priced from €650,000. Also in Dublin 2, Oakmount’s apartments and penthouses at 55 Lad Lane are launching soon. In the south docklands, a small number of two-beds are still available at Hanover Court, by Park Developments, from €685,000.

A little farther along the waterway in Dublin 4, the Chartered Land apartments, duplexes and penthouses at Lansdowne Place in Ballsbridge are selling now, from €825,000. At Donnybrook Gardens on Greenfield Park, near RTÉ and UCD, Cairn Homes is launching apartments and a penthouse priced from €825,000 to about €1.8 million.

Developments on offer at Sandymount, also in Dublin 4, include the last two semi-detached houses at Monterey on Park Avenue, developed by Richmond Homes and priced from €1.875 million. Close to the village, Sandymount Castle Court is an infill scheme by B&C Construction, with a mix of houses, apartments and duplexes from €825,000 to €1.535 million.

Dublin 6

Another infill development, Annesley Gardens by Seabren at Annesley Park, Ranelagh, has three- and four-bed houses available from €1.35 million. Also in Dublin 6, the final penthouses in the Marianella scheme on Orwell Road in Rathgar, by Cairn Homes, are available now, priced from €950,000.

At Ravensdale Court in Kimmage, Dublin 12, six three-bed houses by KCR Estates are priced from €585,000. Three-bed-plus-study houses by Greenmount Homes, at Greenmount Court in Harold’s Cross, are launching now.

Across town, and within easy reach of the city and the seafront, Ardilea Properties’ three- and four-bedroom houses are available at Copeland Place, Clontarf, priced from €725,000.
