A hi-bay logistics unit 700 metres from the M50/N2 interchange is on the letting market at €323,000 a year through CBRE. This breaks down to €96 per sq m (8.95 per sq ft).
Unit 1 at the Northern Cross Business Park in Dublin 11 extends to 3,356sq m (36,123sq ft) and includes office space of 382sq m (4,112sq ft). It has a clear internal height of 12m, extensive pallet racking, three dock levellers and one roller shutter door.
The industrial market has been the strongest performing segment of the commercial property market over the past 18 months mainly due to booming online sales resulting in a surge of demand for warehousing and logistics space.
John Reynolds of CBRE says Unit 1 at Northern Cross is "one of very few prime logistics facilities currently available in Dublin".
Industrial take-up last year was more than 20 per cent up on 2017.
