The extent of Ruan Pienaar’s knee problem will be known tomorrow

The extent of the medial ligament damage to Ruan Pienaar's knee, an injury sustained while playing for South Africa against New Zealand on Saturday will be known tomorrow following a scan.

Centre Darren Cave sustained a rib injury in the win over Zebre. He trained today and will be assessed later in the week to determine his availability for the game against Cardiff.

Young wing Rory Scholes fractured a bone in his foot playing for his club side Harlequins on Saturday. A decision will be made on how his injury is managed in the coming days.

Ireland secondrow Iain Henderson has an ongoing hip injury that hasn't responded to a conservative management programme. He will undergo hip surgery on September 25th after a period of intense rehab.
