Brian O'Driscoll is a guest in the Royal Box at Wimbledon today. The former Leinster, Ireland and Lions captain, accompanied by his wife Amy Huberman was part of a list of sporting greats and celebrity actors on Centre Court for the men's semi-finals.
O'Driscoll, who retired from rugby at the end of last season, shared the premium seats with golfer Jack Nicklaus, tennis great Rod Laver, founder of Oracle Larry Ellison, actors Bradley Cooper and Jude Law, adventurer Bear Grylls and Editor of Vogue magazine Anna Wintour amongst others.
They will witness the old guard of tennis attempt to stall the rise of a new generation in the men's game. Milos Raonic and Grigor Dimitrov, both 23, are through to the last four for the first time at a grand slam.
Raonic faces seven-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer, while Andy Murray's conqueror Dimitrov meets top seed Novak Djokovic.
Guests in the Royal Box are there strictly by invitation from the Chairman of the All England Tennis and Croquet Club, who this year is Philip Brook.
